Welcome Aboard! Food, fun, and history awaits as we depart our pickup locations for a relaxing ride through Iowa, Illinois, Indiana and into Ohio for our en route hotel where we will get a good night’s rest before continuing into Washington DC for 5 days of history, charm, and beauty including the annual Cherry Blossom Festival.
As we check-out and depart this morning, we will stop in town for breakfast options (not included) as our hotel currently isn’t offering a breakfast. Today we make our way through the rest of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and into Washington, DC. Upon arrival, we’ll check into our hotel for 4 nights before meeting our local Step-On-Guide that will be with us for all 5 days in the city. After getting settled and freshened up, we’ll make our way to some food options for dinner before having a night tour of the Memorials throughout the DC area. It has been a long day as we return early for a good night’s rest.
Today, we will start our day with an included Hot Breakfast Buffet before meeting our Step-On-Guide for a day of adventure around DC. We will make stops around many of the Memorials and Cherry Blossoms throughout the day. We will enjoy lunch on our own at one of the many food courts located throughout the city. This evening, we’ll enjoy Shear Madness – A live comedy Improv Show. This show has been at the Kennedy Center since August 1987. Following the show, we’ll return for a night of rest at our hotel.
Today, we will start our day with another included Hot Breakfast Buffet before meeting our Step-On-Guide for a trip to Mt Vernon – The home of George Washington. Today, we’ll have time to enjoy lunch in the Cafeteria at the Mt Vernon Estate. For dinner we will stop en route back to DC for an included meal. Following dinner, we will make a few more stops via the direction of our local guide before returning to our hotel for another great night of rest.
Today, we will again start our day with an included Hot Breakfast Buffet before meeting our Step-On-Guide for a great day learning more about this great city. We will be planning to visit the Capitol Building today and many more great stops including many of the Smithsonian Museums throughout the city including the Smithsonian National Zoo & the Washington National Cathedral.
Today, we will start by setting our bags outside for check-out/pick-up before enjoying one last included Hot Breakfast Buffet. As we board our motorcoach today, we say goodbye to our nations capital and start are journey home. On our way today, we will make a stop in Pennsylvania to visit the Flight 93 National Memorial in Stoystown before finding our en route hotel in Ohio and settling in for a good night’s rest.
This morning is another morning without an included hotel breakfast. We will make a stop shortly after check-out at a rest area to settle our hunger needs. Today as we continue our way towards home, we enjoy all the great conversations with our new friends and talk about all the fun we have had visiting this great city. Stops will be made for meals, etc. as we travel through Indiana, Illinois, and into Iowa.

Today, we will start our day with an included Hot Breakfast Buffet before meeting our Step-On-Guide for a day of adventure around DC. Stops will be made for meals, etc. as we travel through Indiana, Illinois, and into Iowa.
